Lex Noteboom debuteerde in maart met zijn eerste podcast: The Deca Tapes - een sciencefictionverhaal in 8 delen. Inmiddels is de show al 120.000 keer gedownload. Dat lukte door de podcast slim en consistent te promoten. Hoe Lex dat met weinig budget voor elkaar kreeg, zette hij op het Podcastfestival in deze presentatie uiteen.
Het Podcastfestival 2019 werd mede mogelijk gemaakt door Het Fonds voor Cultuurparticipatie, Het Stimuleringsfonds voor de Creatieve Industrie, Stichting Democratie en Media, het Nederlands Letterenfonds en het Nederlands Instituut voor Beeld en Geluid.
